Bethesda announced that the Android version of Elder Scrolls Legends will be launched in April.
Are you ready to play yet another Elder Scrolls-inspired game? If so, then do yourself a favor and try out Bethesda’s latest title called Elder Scrolls Legends. The full version of the game was recently launched on PC, and it’s quite awesome, assuming that you love card-based games such as Hearthstone Heroes of Warcraft, Magic the Gathering or even Witcher’s Gwent Tournament.
In a recent online statement, Bethesda declared that PC users will now be able to download and play the latest Elder Scrolls game. Entitled Legends, the game is based on the critically-acclaimed Elder Scrolls Universe.
Compared to the other releases, Elder Scrolls Legends is actually a card-based game, very similar to Hearthstone Heroes of Warcraft. Each player will be able to construct his own fantasy deck and to challenge either a computer or a human player.
All cards depicting powerups, weapons, specials actions, and characters were inspired by Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls Universe. The great thing about getting Elder Scrolls Legends is that you won’t need actually to download and replay Skyrim, Morrowind or Oblivion to plunge back in the Elder Scrolls Universe whenever you feel like it.
As for the game, it appears that the beta version of Elder Scrolls Legends was launched back in 2016. It took the team quite some time before launching the full version, but it’s finally here. However, at the moment, players will only be able to download the PC version of the game.
But don’t be sad, because Bethesda announced that the iOS, Mac, and Android versions are on their way as well. As a result, the Elder Scrolls Legend for iPad will make its stage debut on the 23rd of March, followed by the Android version in April, which will probably be launched somewhere around April.
Subsequently, the MacOS version will hit the market in May, while the iOS is slated for release in June. All in all, we have to say that we’re pretty amazed of how well constructed the game is. If we were to compared it to another similar release, we would have to say that Elder Scrolls Legends is more like Gwent Tournament than Magic the Gathering of Hearthstone Heroes of Warcraft.
It’s fun, catchy, and everything you wanted from an Elder Scrolls-inspired game. And there’ve even more good news. Bethesda has announced that the Fall of the Dark Brotherhood expansion pack will be launched alongside the Android version in April.
