Pennsylvania Torturer.

A man from Pennsylvania was arrested for used pliers, metal lancets, electric dog collars, and other torture instruments and methods to discipline his children.

A man from Pennsylvania was recently arrested and charged with assault, reckless endangering, harassment, aggravated assault, conspiracy, unlawful restraint, child endangerment, and strangulation after the authorities discovered that he had subjected his wife and two children to inhuman treatments for the past six years.

Joseph Myhre of Philadelphia was recently taken into custody after his wife revealed how he disciplined their children. Myhre’s deviant behavior was brought to the police’s attention on the 15th of March when his wife showed up at the local hospital with severe head trauma.

According to the ER doctors who treated the man’s wife, the woman came in with a fractured skull after Myhre savagely assaulted her. Prompted by the woman’s injuries, the Philadelphia authorities moved in and arrested Joseph Myhre at his Collegeville resident. However, upon interviewing Myhre’s wife and his two children, the investigators uncovered a truly horrendous story.

It would appear the assault on his wife was probably one of Myhre’s less horrific deeds. According to the man’s affidavit, for the past six years, Myhre’s disciplinary methods passed into the realm of torture. The children, a 13-year-old boy, and a 13-year-old girl told the investigators that their father would often use a PVC pipe or a wooden dowel in order to beat them to a pulp.

When that wasn’t enough, Myhre would insert thin metal lancet under their fingernails or use pliers to remove them. The man also bought an electrical dog collar and used it on his children. Myhre’s boy recalled that the dog collar had a 1 to 100 setting and, depending on his mood, Myhre would set the shock’s intensity accordingly.

The boy said that the device was often set on 40, but when his father got really mad at him or his sister, he would set the voltage at 100. Investigators declared that the electric dog collar must have been used on the children at least 60 times over the past 60 years in different areas of the body including calves, necks, legs, and hands.

If that weren’t enough to subdue them, Myhre would start chocking the children until they passed out. The investigators told the reporters that Myhre kept his children in wooden boxes. Moreover, the boxes would be closed during the night with a lid, and the man poked a small hole for ventilation.

Several similar objects were found inside the Pennsylvania man’s, including two big whiteboards which contained traumatizing and intimidating messages.
