There are already many rumors about the latest Motorola handset model, Moto X 2016, and it seems that thanks to the specs, this smartphone will be able to face the competition from other powerful brands such as Apple and Samsung.
Information about the Moto X handset known as Motorola XT 1650 appeared on the internet, but most critics thought that the model would be named Moto Z after all. The Moto Z has already made its way to the market and according to the latest reports, the new model will for sure be named Moto X 2016.
Motorola fans, as well as the company, expect this model to make quite an impression on the market and a great competition to other smartphones.
It seems that Moto X will most likely be equipped with a 2.1 GHz Snapdragon 820 chip featuring a quad-core processor, supported by a Qualcomm Adreno 530 CPU and 4GB of RAM. It means that all apps will work just fine on this new smartphone.
To boosts its performance, the new Moto X 2016 will benefit from a pre-installed Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 as well. Regarding the camera, this smartphone will have a standard 5-megapixel front camera that will grant owners the opportunity to take decent selfies.
According to the GFX Bench listing, Moto X will have a dual-camera setup of 21 and 12 megapixels. It is also worth mentioning that this rear camera will provide owners with UHD videos, face detection features, touch focus, and autofocus.
Low light conditions will no longer be a problem because the camera will be equipped with a dual tone flash.
Based on the latest reports, Motorola X will have a generous 5.5-inch display and an impressive Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. This display has another additional feature that is going to support a 5-finger multi-touch, so owners are free to roam their hands on the large screen.
Motorola X will come with a decent 32GB internal storage plus an external microSD card slot which will probably allow consumers to expand the device’s storage to 128 GB. Lenovo will also equip its latest smartphone with a gyroscope, compass, altimeter, and accelerometer.
These features can be found in the Moto Z model as well. But other reports from the same benchmarking site stated that Moto X 2016 might come with a hexacore Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, and an even larger display of 5.7 inches.
